I’ve thought about this a lot with Super C, a game that I can beat cos I know where all the Spread gun powerups are. I’m not really ‘good’ at it though. I think a ‘good’ player could make it out of any situation the game throws at them. Idk !!

…so this makes sense to me. In this sense I am not ‘good’ At video games, I’m (sometimes) good at doing what they ask of me after practicing over and over.

What’s funny is that I feel like this is a weird reverse-engineering problem, cos the EO4-6 soundtracks use similar instruments, but it feels less forced cos the songs are made for it

In general it’s pretty bleak (at least for the battle themes) but I DO really like this version
