Trump signed an executive order known as "Schedule F" that stripped thousands of federal employees of job protections, making it easier to dismiss them for political disloyalty. Federal workers sued to challenge the order.

The ACLU, Lawyers for Civil Rights and 22 Democratic states filed four lawsuits challenging Trump's executive order revoking birthright citizenship for babies born in the U.S. whose parents aren't citizens. The suits claimed Trump's action violated the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
