So I actually set goals with my PT recently for the end of November and kinda smashed them. 💪🏻
- I aimed to lift 110 kg on squats, I hit 120.
- I aimed to lift 34 kg on incline dumbbell press, I hit 38!
- I aimed to to do 1 bodyweight pull up, I did 1 and a bit!!!
