The judge said that the complaint failed to contain a “short and plain statement of the claim.” Mr. Trump has 28 days to refile.

Unexpected joy at finding out that the cover photo for a new chapbook is not going to work. The editor sent me a slew of cat photos along with other ideas that fit my title. So, yes. I am going to have a big ole orange cat on my cover. Like Buzzy-- my very own stray tabby.
