IMO, they aren't getting warrants because that would mean they document people being detained and for what reasons exactly. An appropriately executed warrant, again personal opinion with very little accountable knowledge in this area, would have the ice agent names executing warrant. Shame.

UHC's Optum RX bought out the IVig infusion company I used to work for. It was really bad to see the decline of approvals when it got bought out after the nurses at my company had worked so hard to get authorizations and their denials just piled up. I couldn't take working for UHC
