I think you’re confusing a tendency to rock on an uneven surface with overall instability under load.

A usefully square or rectangular table with 3 legs will have a lot of load bearing upper surface outside its support footprint, so it will tip over if overloaded on those corners.

I’d take her presence of mind to be a good indicator under these circumstances - she did the right thing and got help for what she thought was a breakthrough episode. Nobody likes having these things stress tested but the results are good. Anyway, fuck these ad platforms. I just want a fridge.
