Four weeks down and I have dropped 17lb (1.2 Stone/8kg) - my goal is to drop another 98lb (7 Stone/44.5kg) my diet has completely changed and my smoking is down 75% (I just need to bite the bullet on stopping completely). I'm never going to feel I've blown my chance again.

I was stabilised and following 19 years of off and on investigation I now have a diagnosis, a bicuspid aortic valve and a pathway forward. The consultant backed using Mounjaro to drop some significant weight to remove some of the pressure my heart is under, so I started immediately.

I've got an excuse.. My legs barely get ME home 🤣
