It's important to fuel your body with nutritious foods, that being said, my husband and I had cheese, crackers, and donuts for dinner last night. It's also important to be human. It doesn't have to be perfect, just aim for more healthy habits than unhealthy ones. 🍩🧀🥦🍎

This bag of peppers symbolizes community to me. My mom texted my sister and I to ask if we wanted some peppers. She got the box of peppers from her father in law, he got the peppers from a friend. You never know how far your kindness and sharing will reach. Foster community and give often 💜
