The session will be moderated by Susan Rohac, a retired Managing Partner at BDC's Climate Tech Fund. Susan brings a wealth of experience managing investment portfolios and investing in diverse climate technologies. She'll be facilitating a Q&A on investment strategies with the other speakers.

Our final investment strategies speaker will be Cheryl Randall from Shift Action talking about how we can influence pension funds, including the Canadian pension plan, to align with a zero-carbon future.

Next, we have Adnan Shaikh from National Bank Financial, who will be speaking about strategies for climate-aware investing. He's been involved in wealth management since 2020, creating custom portfolios for his clients and helping to make finance accessible to a broader audience.

First, we have Glebe resident Kate Reekie, who will be sharing her personal experience divesting her finances from companies that support the fossil fuel industry. She will also provide some tips on recognizing greenwashing in mutual funds.

🎻🎹‘Wanting to Start Again’ is a violin-piano concert experience that addresses the complicated and difficult feelings that arise when living in a world being ravaged by climate change. This program arose from a feeling of hopelessness and grief fueled by the fires that happened in Banff and Halifax.
