George Orwell, in his futurist novel “1984,” saw it coming: a tri-polar world of competing, expansionist dictatorships, keeping their citizens perpetually fearful and cowed (now, China, Russia, and increasingly, the USA). Trump seems, unwittingly, to be taking us in that direction. 😳
