What drives me crazy about the anti-DEI rhetoric is everyone wants to be judged on merit. But you can't be judged on merit if you can't even get in the door because you don't fit some prejudiced definition of who is capable and who isn't

Please write your members of Congress and ask them if they support the pardon of people who were at the Capitol to assault them and their colleagues. Ask them if they support the pardon of people who assaulted and killed the capitol police who's job is was to protect them.

How can we end the oligarchy? What if we all stopped using banks and used credit unions instead? What if we stopped buying new stuff and bought used? What if we stopped using Google, Facebook, Apple, Netflix, and Amazon?
