My therapist and I have logged MANY hours on how I don't have to deliver maximum output of any given thing for it to still be part of my identity and story. (Ex. I'm still a writer, even if I don't pitch as often as I used to.)

I'm sure this has to be some result of conditions, compensation, and just the sheer volume of packages (trying real hard to keep my Empathy Hat firmly in place). But the AMOUNT of boxes that have been thrown (actually thrown) against my door over the past couple of weeks has been a bummer.
