Second random shiny is Dragalge! Another cool one from Kalos. I'd show it in the wild but it's best I don't show the area I got it from this close to launch.

My first Z-A shiny is Swirlix! Not sure how this game works but I assume this was full odds. This evo line is one of the best shiny lines in Kalos so I'm chuffed. Had to spend 5 minutes trying to work out where the sound was coming from though...

Here's my 2024 shiny hunting stats! This year wasn't the big one I was hoping for (and I barely touched a button in the last 4 months...) but it was still a big one for me. It was incredibly lucky numbers-wise, and I even got my first 3-in-1 day! Here's to an even bigger 2025, and more Cottonee...

The total encounters were 87,829. 9 shinies were under odds while 6 were over, with the shortest hunt being 236 encounters and the longest being 17,880 encounters.

Against all better judgement, I've made a shiny pokémon bingo card for 2025! I've tried to ensure no rows are too easy to complete compared to the rest, and I'm much happer with the look of this year's than last!

Congratulations! Last night I bagged myself a full odds Toedscruel on my way to catch Necrozma! It's always exciting when the game throws a full odds shiny your way like that, and likewise this is one of the best gen 8 shinies imo.

Torchic - 220 SRs (Ruby)

Cottonee - 236 REs (Black 2, my SIXTH one in Gen 5)

Cranidos - 600 SRs (Brilliant Diamond DTQ)

Panpour - 669 SRs (Black DTQ)

My FRLG Eevee is a potential contender for fastest, but it was just before I started counting my hunts.

Decided to make an account specifically for shiny hunting like on the other website. To catch you up, here are my ongoing DTQs. My favourite gens are 3, 5 and 8 (though I'd like to get into Crystal hunting), so you'll probably see those most here.
