it was the exact same magic boomer complaint as "it's not fantasy anymore" and "it's becoming simpler for new players". Someone hitting a wall in the game where they're not massively enjoying it and needing someone to blame. The fact it used dehumanising language to refer to be players was the icing

A lot of the players running them are also saying it doesn't deserve to be banned because everyone else can just play it too. Magic should be accessible for everyone, and the BDIF being 2 months of rent has me looking at Riftbound with very interested eyes.

It really depends on the limited format. Sometimes I like playing the 100 cards I like more than a weak limited environment.
