Eerie retail scenes are the shit though. Love myself a good dead mall, closing store, abandoned building. They're weirdly comforting.

What I did when upgrading mine was get a machine a few years old and just max it out on memory/storage. Not the most high power thing but it works well for basic gaming/art.
