10 tbsp of butter is 5 oz. So, yeah, check your batteries.

He’s not wrong. When my younger daughter was 4-5’ish, we were in a discount wine/liquor store. This precocious child pipes up, “Mama, get the Pinot Grigio. It tastes the best!” At 24, her favorite wine is a nice minerally Sav Blanc.

Next time you make them, increase the butter, and brown it before you add the marshmallows. You’re welcome.

Grover Cleveland is chilly, so balls up to nap.

I cheated. It is exam week, and today was 4th period exam, my planning period. My grades were finalized and ✅ off by registrar before noon yesterday. I took the day off today. Best. Decision. EVER!!!

I am SO jealous. I have roughly 100 tests to grade sitting in the back seat of my car. It will get done, just not tonight.

Woo-hoo! I went against my normal pick and I won!

Nope. Cherokee County here. There are a couple dozen in my neighborhood alone.

My household has 2 cars registered here. 50% are electric. My sister and BIL live in Atlanta, with 3 cars registered at their address. 1 all electric, 1 plug-in hybrid, and one ICE.

This hurts my heart. I am so sorry.

I had a holiday craft market last Friday-Saturday. Most years, I sell a couple $100 worth of my crafts. This year? $13. I lost my ass, not even coming close to recouping the booth fee, nevermind my time there. Fewer people shopping, and those that were there didn’t spend money. Other vendors, same.

I HATE those! My mom doesn’t get them, but my dad and I do.

I spent the night at my sister’s house right next to Piedmont Park last night. When I left yesterday, my house was 70°, with no heat or AC. By the time I got home tonight, it was down to 59° inside, because I forgot to turn the heat on. Oops.

I live in a northern exurb of Atlanta. We got snow today! Not real snow, but enough to say it happened. My transfer student from Miami had never seen snow before. He was beyond excited.

My old white parents are currently 84 and 82. During the 2016 election cycle, they were a house divided. Dad was all in for HRC, while Mom favored Bernie. They voted for Clinton, Biden, and Harris. Wrote postcards for Harris in 2024. I am SO lucky to have them; I love, like, and respect them.
