Our Primary 1 pupils were the ⭐️’stars of the show’⭐️ when they performed their Nativity Play, ‘A King is Born’! They all learned their lines brilliantly and sang their hearts out! Our P1 teachers were marvellous, too, making it all happen! ❤️

And….we had a special visitor to the P1 party! ❤️🎅🏼❤️🎅🏼❤️🎅🏼 He left us lots of presents and told us to make sure we all get to bed early and leave out some milks and cookies for him, and some carrots for his reindeer! 🥛🍪🥕 #santavisit #nicelist

Our Calderwoodies received a very special treat. Mr Winters popped in to thank everyone for their kind messages in our memory book for Mrs Winters and delivered over 1000 candy canes because our Calderwoodies mentioned how she used to sneak them candy canes at Christmas! 🩷 #memories #spreadkindness

Both P7 classes also welcomed their families into school to share their learning about using ‘Canva’ during ICT. They taught their grown ups how to use the program within the context of their learning about WW2! Well done to our P7 ‘teachers’…you taught your grown ups well!

🎤The Rutherglen Schools' Choir are gearing up to "Sing it Loud" at the R900 launch event in Jan. Pupils from 10 schools are coming together to sing the Song of Rutherglen, written by Fraser Bruce. The choir sounded amazing at their first rehearsal last week! 🎶
