They Blocked. But if you are still reading my question was: So Democrats have to lose elections until they improve? I’m trying to understand how that works if the people replacing them don’t plan to allow future elections.

I hear the demands. They matter. But if the ship is sinking, arguing over the seating chart doesn’t stop the water. You can fight for policy and still keep the ship afloat. No reforms happen after democracy goes under. Do you not agree this is where we are at? These are not normal times in democracy

I get why you want to withhold your vote. It feels like consent, like settling means accepting things you don’t believe in. But voting isn’t a reward system. It’s a defense mechanism. You can’t pressure a system that’s being dismantled. Wait for perfect, and you may lose the right to choose at all.
