My brother stole so much joy from me in 2024 and that is why I will continue to be no contact with him in 2025 in hopes of restoring joy I lost.

When I was pregnant, I was so confident about my body and I felt so beautiful because I was growing a human. Postpartum, I feel miserable and hate my body. I should love it because of what if did/is doing but I am struggling so hard to love myself right now.
