Does anyone else find it tough to go on a walk and not take extra pics as references for making game dev assets later?

I always find little details I want to capture and recreate in a game at some point!

I took a glance at Twitter before responding to a DM there. 99% of what I saw was transphobia and general vile bigotry being pushed in feeds and trends despite having muted terms.

That’s all that’s left there! Brain rotted husks and bots.

Once my DM convo is done I’m deleting the app!

I’ve been on a waiting list to see if I have ADHD since the start of the year and today I got something about it through the door.

To get on an 80+ week waiting list of things check out, they sent out a thick pile of multi choice questionnaires I and 2 others need to fill out with a deadline!

I think I may be refunding the Steam Deck Dock! Steam Deck as a handheld is decent to great. Steam Deck as a docked device is meh to awful so far.

I’ll try again tomorrow but I’m not impressed!

I ordered myself a Steam Deck Dock that arrived today. On the one hand it’s great having it on the big screen but on the other, it highlights so many flaws you don’t encounter in handheld mode!

I tried Halo with Xbox, Wii U Pro and Steam Controllers and each one has different issues!

I tried out threads and it feels weird. The buttons under posts are all squished together on the left, search is only for usernames and you can’t customise the feed.

On the plus side, it’s not Twitter but it lacks that cohesion Bluesky has. Hopefully that changes soon!

It’s kind of funny how Twitter went from post ratios to rations

The amount of running I’ve done today unplanned is crazy. I’ve been losing a lot of wait this year and my belt is way too big so I have to hold my jeans up when running to make things worse!

What a day

I’ll need to start posting a few creative things I’ve done and make a little intro soon but for now:

I’ve just finished off a late evening session of Rocket League and Trackmania over a good chat. This has been a good vibe night all around!

I love how alt text for images is front and centre on here. On the likes of Twitter, I’d forget because it was easy to miss.

While accessibility needs to be better implemented for things like screen readers, it’s great seeing things like this being improved on!

I messed about with making custom icons art for Bluesky just so it fits better. I’ve a solid shape one I may tidy up but I’m liking this one!

I got a poor nights sleep after being woken up at 1am. I then woke up to this notification from a friend this morning and thought “wtf did I do in my sleep?!”

I’m finally exploring Bluesky now I’m winding down for the night and this is giving me great old bird app vibes!

I’m seeing a lot of cool stuff being shared and a bunch of fun & interesting things being discussed. Definitely an atmosphere I missed!
