There was a door open today that isn't normally opened so I had a little look.

There was something I quite liked about this. I think it has something to do with how the lines don't really run too straight.

Including a bit more phone photograph in my walks these days.

It's quite thin and it's crunch splits into two like a fork with multiple branches coming from each. The leaves are on top and they are long and thin and they make shadows in the bark.

Some DIY water splitting experiments for #alternativedevelopment with #35mmfilm.

This is one of my favourite rock combinations around here. I especially like it when it's all splashy.

The tide is in and the water is splashing over the rocks. The rock on the left is small and black, the one of the right is lighter, more cream in colour and a lot bigger in size. Area of the rock have been worn away and cracked.

I always find it strange but nice when you come across a totally unexpected methods of relaxation.

First is was doing the dishes.

Now I've discovered I enjoy making tiny loaves of bread!

Are there any scientists on here that can help me with a few things?

I'm looking for a total dummies guide to understanding pH changes (mainly increase)

and

ways to disrupt protein bonds (specifically in gelatin structures) - I've already looked at heat but I'm looking for other ways.

I'm trying to make this a bit different from other accounts. I've found it easy to back myself into a corner of a specific interest and while I do hope to keep seeing some of that stuff, I'm wondering if I can enjoy a bit more variety here.
