I can report that an issue that #Fallout4 was having where it would disable your entire modlist on game exit has in fact been fixed with the hotfix update. Adding creations and BNet mods does not nuke your load order either. The only persistent issue is the long exit bug.

Due to an internet outage in my area, Today's episode of No. 1 Sentai Gozyudan is postponed. I'm told the outage should be resolved by tonight or worst case scenario tomorrow morning.

Had to end stream early, because I couldn't for the life of me figure out why it was doing that. The stream was working fine for about an hour, then just started dropping frames like crazy. Internet seems to be fine, so it might be a Twitch side issue.
