60's Japan is an interesting time period choice and one with a lot of potential, such a rich history of Japanese folk lore to go off and combined with the premise of Silent Hill, should hopefully be a good combination 😀

I think people who rate like that either without trying to resolve things or ignoring a resolution completely are just ignorant - their rating says more about them than it does you - there are things beyond your control sometimes and it sounds like you have done what you could to mitigate any issues
