Bye mate , remember to take an umbrella when you go outside , that rain might assault you
March 18, 2025 at 9:23 AM
You really are a pathetic bunch aren’t you . If getting a wee bit water squirted at you was a police matter then what were all the objects thrown at the Rangers players ? You’re pissy because you lost . Grow up and stop being so entitled
March 18, 2025 at 9:18 AM
So a knee high tackle on the football pitch should be classed as assault ? Of course context matters . Also , if kids spray you with water in the park , good luck trying to get the police involved . I would hope they have better things to do
March 18, 2025 at 9:13 AM
It wasnt on the street !!!! Ffs
March 18, 2025 at 8:37 AM
But it wasn’t in the street was it , there was context
March 18, 2025 at 8:37 AM
In that context , if a Celtic player squirted water at me , I’d be pissed off at losing the goal and the game , but the last thing I’d be doing would be calling the police or claiming it was assault.
March 18, 2025 at 8:09 AM
It was water ffs !! Listen to yourself !
March 18, 2025 at 7:30 AM
Exactly , so stop pissing and whining about someone skooshing a bit of water
March 17, 2025 at 10:19 PM
Hahaha , pathetic behaviour ,take the loss and grow up
March 16, 2025 at 10:58 PM
America has declared war on itself
March 15, 2025 at 11:43 PM
No , but I’ll bet you £100 that there are new owners of Rangers before next season
March 12, 2025 at 7:29 PM
There you go . You seem a bit obsessed with this deal , why so interested ?

I’ll bow to your superior knowledge of corporate takeovers .

Let’s just see what happens eh ?
March 11, 2025 at 8:18 AM
At least Rangers are making someone happy this season
March 11, 2025 at 8:10 AM
Maybe agitated would be a better word .
Rangers have been a bin fire off the pitch in the last few years . If the new owners turn out to be who the are reported to be then I hope they bring some competence and investment to the club .
But I’ll wait and see
March 11, 2025 at 8:02 AM
All I’ve done is explain why there have been 2 new share issues since New Year . You’re the one who seems to be getting excited about it . The buyout looks to be going ahead , whether that proves to be a good thing remains to be seen .
March 11, 2025 at 7:41 AM
Losses that have been covered by existing shareholders and now converted into equity . The club has no external debt and is about to be sold to an entity that will no doubt have another share issue to allow it to inject cash into the club . You may not like it , but that’s what’s going to happen.
March 11, 2025 at 7:34 AM
So what is your take then mate , enlighten me
March 11, 2025 at 2:43 AM
It’s pretty simple really. You’ll find that whatever shareholder has just converted his debt is about to sell . As the shareholders line up to sell their debt will be converted , it’s not hard to grasp .
March 10, 2025 at 8:50 PM
Not to all the shareholders , not in the case of a listing of the type Rangers have . The rules around that changed a few years ago
March 10, 2025 at 8:48 PM
Not actually true for a company Rangers size with their type of listing
March 10, 2025 at 8:06 PM
Why is it bizarre ? Existing shareholders are owed money by the club , that debt is turned into equity via a share issue and the shares are sold to the entity taking over . Existing shareholders can only get their money back via share sales , therefore all the debt has to be converted .
March 10, 2025 at 5:59 PM
I meant you’re a boring pedant who’s point , although factually correct , added nothing to the conversation
