I had to deal with their customer service a couple months ago. Ended up talking with an AI who couldn't figure out I was on US tech support rather than Canadian. Luckily once I figured out how to access the Canadian support, my issue was pleasantly resolved quickly.

Know the warning signs
Thankful my mother (a nurse) knew what she was seeing and was able to advocate for me to at least get a blood sugar test when there were no appointments available with my doctor. (My doctor visited me in emerg later that day.)
And now it's almost 27 years later.
