I still strive for genius every day, but I view it as an escape hatch from the gloom room. Same with my reading, plunging headlong into fantasy. I'll change when the world gets back to normal.

A few days lately, I haven't made it to genius. There's been a spate of tougher puzzles, IMO

So, if I've got this right, jurisdiction for the environment and resources applies to SK & AB, but not BC.

And they don't have to negotiate with BC, and they *can't* negotiate with the Feds, but somehow if we separated they'd have no issues getting bitumen to the coast.
