The bird is a buteo (the head and body shape is wrong for an Astur species) and the orange barring on the breast indicate Red-shouldered Hawk. Another tell this isnt a coopers is the dark eye (an immature coop would have a pale eye) and only the adult coop would have any orange on the breast ....
