Literally had to force myself out for a run this morning 🏃♂️ after the last three being snowed, iced and rained off! It’s a sad fact of life that missing a Monday writes off the week 🤣

I don’t think people are learning lessons from X! Sharing the same posts, following the same people, promoting the same content - is going to lead to the same results! I’m determined to be much more selective in who I follow and interact with over here

This mornings run was a struggle but forced myself to do it 😮💨 Slow going but starting to see the benefits! Half marathon next year so got to keep at it 🏃♂️

I have hardly any followers or folk I follow yet but there’s something refreshingly calm about looking at Bluesky vs the other place! I really do hope it continues to build on the success it’s had already

Genuinely impressed that throughout my week off I’ve still been getting up at 5:30 and going for a run! Mainly because I don’t want anyone to see me flailing about but still - it’s commitment 🏃♂️ 😂

I’ve umm’d and erm’d over leaving Twitter but I think that’s me done! I’ve just been on the ‘For You’ tab and can quite honestly say there wasn’t a single post that was ‘For me’! It’s just a ring wing echo chamber now - bit sad really

Rewatching #AgathaAllAlong and honestly it’s even better when you know how it ends! The subtle hints, the little teases - you don’t notice them so much at first but everything is laid out there for you if you know what you’re looking for 👀 🧙♀️
