Have you considered opening a brokerage account and parking the money there? My Fidelity account has a money market account currently paying 3.6% if less than $100K and 3.77% if over. Easy to move money in and out- I can transfer to and from my credit union very simply with no fees.

Love this hypo test question! One of the most helpful hints I received as a 1L was to finish an exam answer sentence with "because..." which forced me to be sure I could justify the statements/conclusions I made, and let the reader know why I reached my conclusions.
