I don't feel it is either good or bad. I'm not trying to appease anyone with my words. I'm not under the delusion that I control their feelings. I'm genuinely trying to understand you. That's what I'm trying to accomplish.

Love is an action, not a feeling. Choosing to ignore people because you're emotionally reactive to words is neglect, not love. Neglect is actually one of the cruelest forms of punishment, which is absolutely not loving.

You can condition yourself to tolerate more physical stress. The body is a miraculous thing. Consistently push yourself, and you will be able to do more than you ever believed possible. Pain is temporary.
