This is my Dad. He was born 84 years ago today, and left his physical body a little over 2 years ago. I miss him terribly today. Grief is a wave.

A couple of weeks ago I deleted my social media accounts, along with my Amazon account. I did this more as a protest of the zillionaire owners than anything, but my screen time is way down and I have more time for what matters-connection, shopping local, spiritual matters. It’s pretty liberating!

Old crow medicine show for the W! Played all the goodies plus their terrific Louder Than Guns call to action against gun violence. Amazing performance.

Democracy in action in Santa Fe today. Felt good to get out and flex the collective voice.
