During POLITICO's Competitive Europe Summit, Brazil’s ambassador to the EU da Costa e Silva confirmed our scoop that the EU and Mercosur countries are aiming to get the deal signed at the start of Dec., but he didn't hide his skepticism that the timeline could slip.
