I process the big things in life through writing. I recently found out I have an older half brother. It’s been a wild ride so far finding this out:

One of my good friends who is also neurodivergent was at the party and we talked about masking and the challenges of being your authentic self more around others.

I’m trying - I really am. But there’s still that slight fear that I’m going to say the wrong thing and be ostracized for it.

For some reason I find hosting a party a bit easier than being a guest at someone else’s party. It’s a “home field advantage” thing I guess. I can take a break from people for a bit if I need to. Always a task to do to keep me busy. And I feel like I can mask a little less because hey, it’s my place

Threw a birthday party for my daughter today so I had to pretend to be a normal person for a few hours and now I’m exhausted. 🙃

Weird pet peeve but it bothers me when people call ground beef, “hamburger meat”. Dunno why

saw the meteor shower last night with my gf. it was beautiful outside the city, underneath all the stars. i did some long exposures with my phone camera just for fun and i happened to capture this 🌌💫✨

Made oatmeal pancakes for my daughter this morning. I cut them into cute little stars. And then I ate the scraps for my breakfast 😂🍽️
