🖋️ “Unlawfulness of Warrior Dividends” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PWMOBT to 50409
Unlawfulness of Warrior Dividends
Text SIGN PWMOBT to 50409 — I am writing to demand that you demand the Trump administration (the executive branch, which does not have the power of the purse) to comply with congressional budget appropriations, specifically with regard to the “Warrior Dividends,” $1,776 checks that President Trump announced would be distributed to service members. Article one of the Constitution says, “[n]o Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law.” Although President Trump tried to obscure the source of the funds by referencing tariff revenues, the Pentagon has confirmed that the checks are coming from appropriations for supplemental basic allowance for housing for service members. Title II, section 20001(a)(5) of H.R.1 (the One Big Beautiful Bill that you’ve proudly bragged about voting for no matter how it hurts your constituents that aren’t rich) clearly shows that $2,900,000,000 was appropriated for supplemental BAH. BAH is not taxed at all, but the $1,776 checks will be subject to state taxes. (6) shows $50,000,000 set aside for “bonuses, special pays, and incentive pays,” but that allotment is not what being used (and is not nearly enough). As an aside, even if these checks *were* coming from tariff revenues, that would *still* require congressional approval. Tariff revenue is not a slush fund for the President to use however he chooses. Do service members need these funds? Absolutely. But they should be distributed *properly* and as appropriated. It may look good on the surface, and you can self-righteously say, “What! Don’t you care about our military?” to those like me who are calling this out. The Warrior Dividends do not pass the sniff test and appear to be the President attempting to garner economic good will while Americans are drowning in the high cost of living that he insists is going down — all from money that, again, has *already been appropriated.* I cannot imagine the cow you would (rightfully) have had if former President Biden pulled a stunt like this. There is so much actual stuff you should be doing, like pushing for the release of the full Epstein files that the DOJ announced will not be fully released as required by law in The Epstein Files Transparency Act, instead of being sent home early like cowards so you can avoid the fallout. If you’re the party of law and order, act like it.

🖋️ “Investigate Diversion of Nuclear Funds for Qatari Aircraft Retrofit” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PMZPBI to 50409
Investigate Diversion of Nuclear Funds for Qatari Aircraft Retrofit
Text SIGN PMZPBI to 50409 — I am writing to urge you to investigate and prevent the reported diversion of nearly $1 billion from the Department of Defense's Sentinel nuclear missile program to retrofit a $400 million Boeing 747 gifted by Qatar for use as Air Force One. This reallocation undermines our national security, violates appropriations law, and circumvents Congressional budget authority. The Sentinel program is essential to replacing our outdated intercontinental ballistic missile system. After going massively over budget, federal law required the Pentagon to prove the program's necessity to national security and commit to better expense management. Diverting nearly $1 billion from this critical deterrence capability directly contradicts these safeguards and weakens our defense posture at a time of growing global threats. The U.S. Air Force currently operates two 747 jets as Air Force One, and Congress authorized two replacement aircraft in 2018 that will be completed in the next two years. There is no legitimate need for a third aircraft that would serve only briefly, if at all, before being transferred to the Trump Presidential Library, effectively using taxpayer funds to subsidize a private donation. Congress must not allocate funding for retrofitting this ‘donation.’ The DoD's acceptance of the Qatari aircraft and repurposing of nuclear modernization funds appears to violate the Antideficiency Act, which prohibits federal agencies from incurring obligations in advance of appropriations. Congress holds the power of the purse. I urge you to ensure that nuclear modernization funding remains dedicated to its intended purpose without interference or diversion, and to demand full accountability for this reported misuse of appropriated funds. Our national security depends on maintaining these critical defense programs.

🖋️ “Demand Congressional Oversight of OLC Memo and Military Strikes” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PWEJNC to 50409
Demand Congressional Oversight of OLC Memo and Military Strikes
Text SIGN PWEJNC to 50409 — I am writing to urge you to assert Congressional authority over the use of military force and demand immediate declassification of the Office of Legal Counsel memo that appears to be providing legal justification for strikes in Nigeria and the Caribbean. Ethics experts warn that this OLC analysis may have been written specifically to justify an unprecedented expansion of presidential authority, effectively providing a shield for the president to authorize the killing of civilians outside any recognized armed conflict. The September 2 attack currently under scrutiny represents a dangerous precedent. Congress has a constitutional responsibility to authorize the use of military force, yet the Administration appears to be operating under a dubious legal theory that bypasses this fundamental check on executive power. Nigerian civilians are now suffering the consequences of strikes conducted under this questionable authority, and the American people deserve to know the legal basis for these actions. I am calling on you to take three specific actions. First, assert Congressional authority to determine whether these military operations should be allowed to continue. Second, demand the declassification of the OLC memo so that both Congress and the public can evaluate the legal reasoning being used to justify these strikes. Third, call for the release of video evidence from the attacks, including the September 2 incident, to allow for proper oversight and accountability. The Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war and authorize military action. This is not a partisan issue but a matter of constitutional balance and the protection of civilian lives. Without Congressional oversight, we risk normalizing extrajudicial killings and undermining the legal frameworks that distinguish legitimate military operations from unlawful violence. I urge you to act immediately to reclaim Congress's constitutional role in these life-and-death decisions.

Imagine the immense good you could do by publicly stepping up for the transgender community. 🖋️ “Remove Trump! The Nation is at Risk!” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PFCNCJ to 50409
Remove Trump! The Nation is at Risk!
Text SIGN PFCNCJ to 50409 — I am your constituent, and I am demanding immediate, public action to impeach and remove President Donald Trump. The threat is no longer theoretical. It is active, ongoing, and severe. President Trump’s conduct in his current term represents a clear and present danger to the United States, its constitutional system, and its national security. Since the beginning of this term, President Trump has been credibly accused—by courts, inspectors general, career officials, and congressional investigations—of impeachable conduct including: • Abuse of presidential power to punish critics and perceived enemies • Obstruction of justice and interference with lawful investigations • Undermining independent law enforcement and judicial authority • Conduct that weakens U.S. national security and benefits hostile foreign interests • Systematic defiance of congressional oversight and subpoenas • Ongoing violations of federal ethics standards through personal financial entanglements • Deliberate erosion of democratic institutions, elections, and public trust This is not a single offense. It is a sustained pattern of lawlessness and power misuse that no constitutional democracy can tolerate. I am asking you—explicitly and publicly—to do the following: 1. Call for the immediate impeachment and removal of Donald Trump 2. Make a public statement explaining why defending the Constitution requires his removal Failure to act is not neutrality. It is consent. Your oath is to the Constitution, not to a president. History will record whether you met this moment or chose silence while the damage escalated. Why are you waiting?

🖋️ “Investigate The Sale of TikTok Now” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PDZAOD to 50409
Investigate The Sale of TikTok Now
Text SIGN PDZAOD to 50409 — I am writing to formally request that you initiate or support a Congressional investigation into the recent sale of TikTok’s U.S. operations and the serious conflicts of interest and national-security concerns that appear to surround it. Recent reports indicate that TikTok has agreed to sell its U.S. business to a group of American investors that includes Oracle, Silver Lake, and MGX. Each of these entities has documented business or political ties to former President Donald Trump. Of particular concern is MGX, a firm that has received little public scrutiny due to its recent formation and limited name recognition. MGX was established in 2024 by the government of Abu Dhabi, one of the seven constituent monarchies of the United Arab Emirates. Despite its short history, MGX has rapidly become involved in high-profile and politically sensitive ventures. In January 2025, MGX partnered with OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle in the so-called “Stargate Project,” a joint venture involving companies whose leadership has close relationships with Donald Trump. In March 2025, MGX made a reported $2 billion minority investment in Binance, a cryptocurrency company that previously pled guilty in the United States to federal charges including money laundering, operating an unlicensed money-transmitting business, and sanctions violations. This investment was reportedly conducted using World Liberty Financial’s stablecoin. World Liberty Financial itself raises profound ethical and legal concerns. The company was founded in 2024 by Zachary Folkman, Chase Herro, Alex Witkoff, Zach Witkoff (sons of billionaire and longtime Trump associate Steve Witkoff), along with members of the Trump family, including Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Eric Trump. Public reporting indicates that this venture has already generated more than $1 billion in profits for the Trump family. Notably, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao was later pardoned by Donald Trump after investing in Trump-associated business interests, further intensifying concerns about pay-to-play corruption. Taken together, these facts raise the alarming possibility that the Trump family and its close business associates now exert direct or indirect influence over a major social media platform used by millions of Americans. This presents serious questions about corruption, self-dealing, foreign influence, and national security—particularly given TikTok’s scale, data access, and role in political discourse. I respectfully urge you to use your authority as a Member of Congress to: • Investigate the ownership and financing structure of the TikTok U.S. sale • Examine potential conflicts of interest involving the Trump family and their business ventures • Assess whether foreign sovereign wealth or politically connected entities are exerting undue influence over U.S. digital infrastructure • Determine whether existing ethics, campaign finance, national security, or anti-corruption laws have been violated The American people deserve transparency and accountability, especially when political power, private profit, and foreign capital intersect at this scale. I ask that you take this matter seriously and act to protect democratic integrity and public trust. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.

🖋️ “Demand Congressional Action on FEMA’s Denial of Arizona Flood Disaster Aid” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PNOQFY to 50409
Demand Congressional Action on FEMA’s Denial of Arizona Flood Disaster Aid
Text SIGN PNOQFY to 50409 — I am writing to you as your constituent to demand immediate and public action regarding the federal government’s denial of disaster assistance to Arizona counties affected by severe flooding in September. These storms caused documented damage to homes, roads, public infrastructure, and local economies. Communities experienced losses well beyond routine emergency response costs. The State of Arizona formally requested federal disaster assistance after assessing the scale of the damage, following the exact process required under federal law. Despite this, FEMA denied the request—claiming the damage did not meet the threshold for federal assistance. That decision has left affected communities without access to critical recovery funds, forcing local governments and residents to shoulder costs that federal disaster programs exist specifically to cover. This is not how disaster response is supposed to work. Federal disaster aid is not charity. It is a system Americans collectively fund so that when catastrophe overwhelms local and state capacity, recovery does not depend on geography, politics, or arbitrary interpretation of thresholds. When those standards are applied inconsistently or rigidly, people suffer unnecessarily. Congress is not a bystander in this process. FEMA operates under congressional authority and oversight. Members of Congress have both the responsibility and the tools to intervene when federal agencies fail to meet the spirit and intent of the law. Silence or inaction in the face of this denial effectively endorses it. I am asking you to take clear, measurable action: • Publicly challenge FEMA’s denial of Arizona’s disaster request • Support and press for a successful appeal of the decision • Use congressional oversight powers to demand transparency and accountability in how FEMA applies disaster thresholds • Advocate for the immediate release of federal aid to affected Arizona communities Americans don’t treat each other this way. When disaster strikes, we help. We do not abandon people to prolonged recovery because of bureaucratic defensiveness or narrow interpretations of eligibility. If this denial stands, I expect you to explain—clearly and publicly—why Arizona communities were deemed undeserving of assistance routinely provided to other states facing comparable disasters. More importantly, I expect you to explain what steps you took to prevent that outcome. Please respond with the specific actions you are taking on this issue. Not general statements. Not talking points. Action.

🖋️ “Everyone deserves affordable healthcare” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PKURPP to 50409
Everyone deserves affordable healthcare
Text SIGN PKURPP to 50409 — Healthcare is not an “entitlement.” Healthcare is a human right. Every developed nation on Earth understands this — except the United States. That is not leadership. That is not freedom. That is failure. The facts are not debatable: • The United States spends more per person on healthcare than any country in the world — nearly twice the average of other wealthy nations — yet Americans die younger, suffer far higher maternal mortality, and drown in medical debt. • Over 100 million Americans are currently burdened with medical debt. • One in five Americans delay or skip necessary medical care because they cannot afford it. This is not a healthcare system. This is financial punishment for getting sick. Cancer should not mean bankruptcy. Diabetes should not mean rationing insulin. Pregnancy should not be a life-threatening economic gamble. And yet in the richest country on Earth, it is. Canada. Germany. The UK. France. Japan. Australia. The Netherlands. Every one of them guarantees universal, affordable healthcare. Some use single-payer systems. Some use public-private models. All of them agree on one basic principle: Illness should not destroy a person’s life. America stands alone among wealthy democracies in allowing sickness to routinely result in financial ruin. So answer this: Why is private equity allowed to buy hospitals, gut them for profit, and walk away — while Americans can’t afford insulin? Why has GoFundMe become one of the largest healthcare “financing” systems in the United States? Why are insurance executives handed multi-million-dollar bonuses for denying care? Stop pretending this is complicated. It is not. This is a choice — a deliberate decision to protect corporate profits over human lives. Americans are not asking for luxury. We are demanding basic dignity. I demand that Congress act — now: 1. Pass legislation that makes healthcare affordable for every American, not just those lucky enough to have employer-provided insurance. 2. End predatory pricing, abusive facility fees, and surprise billing once and for all. 3. Create a real, enforceable pathway to universal coverage — like every other developed nation already has. America invented Medicare. We know how to do this. What we lack is not knowledge. What we lack is political courage. Stop letting lobbyists write healthcare policy. Stop forcing Americans into medical bankruptcy. Stop serving insurance conglomerates and pharmaceutical shareholders at the expense of human lives. Congress works for the people — not Cigna, not UnitedHealth, not Wall Street. You have the power to fix this. Do it.

🖋️ “Congress Must Stop Trump’s Illegal Nigeria Strikes” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PMGUDU to 50409
Congress Must Stop Trump’s Illegal Nigeria Strikes
Text SIGN PMGUDU to 50409 — On Christmas Day, the United States carried out military airstrikes in Nigeria at the unilateral direction of Donald Trump. These strikes were announced after the fact on social media, framed as a counterterrorism operation, and justified with inflammatory rhetoric about protecting Christians abroad. This is unacceptable — legally, constitutionally, and morally. The U.S. Constitution is explicit: only Congress has the authority to declare war or authorize the use of military force. Nigeria does not pose an imminent threat to the United States. There has been no congressional authorization, no debate, and no vote. That alone makes these strikes unlawful. Equally troubling is the timing. These attacks occurred amid growing public outrage over the administration’s obstruction, redaction, and apparent suppression of the Epstein files. Once again, military force appears to be used as a political distraction — a familiar tactic to redirect media attention, rally partisan support, and cloak executive misconduct in the language of “national security.” The Trump regime's justification also collapses under scrutiny. Nigeria is a complex, multi-religious, constitutionally secular country facing criminal violence driven by poverty, climate stress, land conflict, and weak governance. Framing that violence as a simple campaign against Christians is misleading and dangerous. It inflames sectarian tensions, distorts reality, and risks escalating a conflict the United States neither understands nor controls. Donald Trump campaigned as a “president of peace,” promising no new wars. Instead, his administration has expanded U.S. military action across multiple regions while bypassing Congress entirely. This is not peace — it is executive overreach. If Congress allows this precedent to stand, then the War Powers Clause becomes meaningless. Any president, of any party, could bomb another country at will and dare Congress to object after the fact. That is not how a constitutional democracy functions. Congress must act immediately to: • Reassert its exclusive authority over war and the use of military force • Demand a full legal justification and operational briefing on the Nigeria strikes • Prohibit further military action absent explicit congressional authorization • Reject the use of war as a tool to distract from domestic corruption and accountability failures Silence is consent. If Congress does not check this abuse of power now, it will own the consequences later.

💬 Text SIGN PWEYBP to 50409
America’s Honor Is At Stake - Keep Our Promise To Afghan Allies
Text SIGN PWEYBP to 50409 — One Crime Should Not Define An Entire People I am writing to urge you to oppose any blanket pause on Afghan visa, asylum, or refugee processing based on the recent deadly shooting of National Guard members in Washington, D.C. While that crime was horrific and demands full accountability, it must not be used to justify halting lawful immigration processes for thousands of other Afghans who pose no threat, who are entitled to individual review under U.S. law, and many of whom have helped the United States in demanding circumstances. Security Must Be Individualized, Not Collective Public reporting indicates that immigration authorities paused asylum decisions and halted visa issuance for Afghan passport holders following this single incident. This abandons the long-standing principle of case-by-case adjudication and unfairly replaces evidence-based security screening with collective punishment. Such an approach does not enhance public safety and instead undermines trust in the fairness and integrity of our immigration system. We Must Honor Our Commitments To Afghan Allies Many Afghans seeking entry assisted U.S. forces and diplomats as interpreters, translators, drivers, and security personnel. Congress created Special Immigrant Visa programs precisely because these individuals face heightened danger due to their service to the United States. Freezing processing leaves qualified applicants stranded in unsafe conditions and signals that U.S. commitments can be abandoned under political pressure, weakening America’s credibility with current and future partners. Congressional Leadership Is Urgently Needed Some Members of Congress have already warned against impulsive policies that undermine due process and fairness. You should speak openly against blanket immigration freezes and insist instead on targeted vetting, transparency around backlogs, and oversight hearings to ensure agencies follow the law. America can protect its citizens while remaining faithful to its values and its promises. I respectfully urge you to call for the immediate resumption of Afghan immigration processing, demand individualized security reviews, and publicly affirm that the United States will not abandon those who stood with us.

🖋️ “Stop the Plundering of the DRC!” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PJOHUC to 50409
Stop the Plundering of the DRC!
Text SIGN PJOHUC to 50409 — For over 600 years, the lands of the Congo have been ravaged by external greed. From the Kongo Kingdom and Twa people impacted by the Transatlantic Slave Trade to the unspeakable horrors of King Leopold II’s Congo Free State, this history is a brutal lesson in extraction. The 20th century continued this pattern. Uranium from the Shinkolobwe mine powered U.S. atomic bombs, yet brought no benefit to the Congolese. After independence, the promise of Patrice Lumumba was crushed by a Western-backed coup, leading to the corrupt dictatorship of Mobutu Sese Seko. The subsequent First and Second Congo Wars, fueled by neighboring nations and resource hunger, became the deadliest since WWII. Today, this neocolonial exploitation continues through the mining of cobalt and coltan, minerals powering our modern devices. This trade finances violent groups like the Rwanda-backed M23, perpetuating a devastating conflict in Kivu that claims countless lives and threatens the vital Congo Rainforest. We demand a decisive break from this complicit history. We call on you to: 1. Impose stringent sanctions on the M23 militia and the Rwandan government for its support. 2. Enact and enforce legislation to halt the import of exploited Congolese minerals into U.S. supply chains. 3. Redirect crucial funding and diplomatic support to bolster Congolese civilian efforts for transparency, democracy, and self-determination. We explicitly do not support military intervention. The solution is to end the economic engine of war and empower the Congolese people. The world’s thirst for technology must no longer be quenched with Congolese blood. The time for transformative action is now.

🖋️ “Oppose Trump's Unlawful Immigration Enforcement and Protect Long-Term Residents” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PVWUOR to 50409
Oppose Trump's Unlawful Immigration Enforcement and Protect Long-Term Residents
Text SIGN PVWUOR to 50409 — I am writing to urge you to actively oppose the Trump administration's unlawful immigration enforcement practices and advocate for the protection of long-term residents who have built their lives in our communities. The March 2025 deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia demonstrates the dangerous overreach of current immigration policy. Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident who lived in the United States for over a decade with legal protections, was illegally deported to El Salvador despite having no criminal convictions and having a child with an American citizen. This action violated his legal rights and separated an American family. Data shows that Trump's immigration agenda is deeply unpopular with voters. When Democrats called for Abrego Garcia's return in late April, Trump's approval rating on immigration fell sharply. His approval dipped again in mid-June following the unlawful deployment of the National Guard for immigration enforcement in Los Angeles and has remained low since. This demonstrates that voters reject these extreme enforcement tactics when they understand the human impact. After six months of public pressure, the Justice Department returned Abrego Garcia to the United States, and a judge ordered his release from federal custody, preventing re-detention until lawful removal orders exist. This outcome proves that challenging unlawful deportations works both legally and politically. I ask you to publicly oppose the Trump administration's immigration overreach, support legislation protecting long-term residents with legal status from unlawful deportation, and advocate for families like the Abrego Garcias who deserve to remain together. Long-term residents who have established their lives here, raised families, and contributed to our communities should not face deportation without due process or in violation of their legal protections. Voters want elected officials to stand up against these injustices. I urge you to speak out clearly on this issue and fight for humane immigration policies that respect the law and keep families together.

💬 Text SIGN PCZQSD to 50409
Do what’s right - Demand Russia leave Ukraine Now
Text SIGN PCZQSD to 50409 — I am writing to demand moral courage, plain language, and immediate accountability from our nation’s leaders on one indisputable truth that must no longer be softened, diluted, or obscured: Russia started the war in Ukraine. Russia alone is responsible for it. And Russia alone has the power to end it. There is no ambiguity. There is no “both sides.” There is no context that changes this fact. This war exists for one reason and one reason only: Russia chose to invade a sovereign nation. If Russia wants this war to end, Russia must retreat — fully, immediately, and without conditions. Full stop. Ukraine did not provoke this war. Ukraine did not invade another country. Ukraine did not bomb its neighbor’s cities or attempt to erase a nation’s existence. Russia crossed an internationally recognized border, unleashed mass violence, murdered civilians, abducted children, destroyed infrastructure, and displaced millions of innocent people. These are not accusations — they are documented facts. Vladimir Putin made a deliberate decision to launch this war. And he can make the decision to end it today by withdrawing every Russian soldier from Ukrainian territory. For decades, the United States has claimed to stand for sovereignty, democracy, and the rule of law. Those principles mean nothing if our leaders refuse to say plainly what the entire world already knows. Silence, hedging, euphemisms, and “careful phrasing” do not create peace — they reward aggression. Every moment of hesitation emboldens Russia and signals weakness to authoritarian regimes everywhere. Our leaders must speak with one clear, unified voice: There will be no peace while Russia occupies Ukraine. There will be no negotiations under the barrel of a gun. There will be no rewards for invasion. There will be no normalization of war crimes. Calling out Russia is not “taking sides.” It is standing on the side of international law, human rights, and basic human decency. Allowing Russia to keep stolen land would tell the world that violence works, borders are optional, and America’s values are negotiable. That message would be catastrophic — and it must not be sent. Russia started this war. Russia is responsible for every death. Russia can end this war — by leaving Ukraine. The world is watching. History is recording every word — and every failure to speak. Leadership demands clarity, not cowardice. Keep our principles, our promises, and go what’s right. Demand Russia fully retreat NOW.

🖋️ “Investigate HHS Retaliation Against AAP and Consider Impeachment of Secretary Kennedy” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PAYUDK to 50409
Investigate HHS Retaliation Against AAP and Consider Impeachment of Secretary Kennedy
Text SIGN PAYUDK to 50409 — I am writing to demand an immediate investigation into what appears to be clear retaliation by the Department of Health and Human Services against the American Academy of Pediatrics. HHS terminated seven multimillion-dollar grants to the AAP without prior notice after the organization publicly criticized Health Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr's policies and issued Covid-19 vaccine recommendations that diverged from his guidance. This represents a blatant violation of free speech and an abuse of federal power that warrants your urgent attention and action, including consideration of impeachment proceedings against Secretary Kennedy. The terminated grants supported critical child health programs addressing sudden infant death reduction, rural healthcare access, mental health services, adolescent health, birth defects support, early autism identification, and fetal alcohol spectrum disorder prevention. AAP CEO Mark Del Monte stated that this sudden withdrawal will directly harm infants, children, youth, and their families across the United States. HHS spokesperson Andrew Nixon claimed the grants no longer aligned with departmental priorities, specifically citing the AAP's use of language addressing racial disparities and the term "pregnant people." The timeline reveals the retaliatory nature of these actions. After Kennedy removed Covid-19 vaccines from CDC recommendations for healthy children and pregnant women, the AAP issued its own guidance maintaining these recommendations. AAP President Susan J Kressly stated in June that the organization would not lend its expertise to a system being politicized at the expense of children's health. Kennedy then publicly questioned whether the AAP's recommendations served public health or pharmaceutical interests. The AAP joined other major medical associations in filing a lawsuit against HHS to challenge Kennedy's vaccine changes. Shortly thereafter, HHS terminated the grants. Using federal funding as a weapon against organizations that exercise their First Amendment rights and advocate for evidence-based medical guidance sets a dangerous precedent. I urge you to launch a congressional investigation into this retaliation and to seriously consider impeachment proceedings against Secretary Kennedy for abuse of power. Our children's health cannot be held hostage to political vendettas.

Wasted $4.7M, Due Process Denied: Investigate the CECOT Deportations
Text SIGN PFPVFQ to 50409 — The United States spent $4.7 million to send hundreds of Venezuelan men to El Salvador’s CECOT prison under claims they were dangerous criminals. Public reporting and human rights investigations show that claim was false. Nearly half had no criminal record at all, and only eight were convicted of violent crimes. That means taxpayers paid roughly $600,000 per violent offender, while dozens of nonviolent people were sent to a prison internationally documented for torture and severe abuse. Americans across parties agree that violent criminals should be removed from the country. What we do not agree to is lawlessness. These deportations bypassed due process, relied on broad guilt by association, and ignored court intervention. When the government decides it can skip hearings, ignore judges, and outsource punishment to a foreign prison, it weakens the Constitution itself. That precedent does not stop at immigration. This decision will have lasting consequences for our credibility as a nation governed by law. Congress must investigate who authorized this payment, who approved these removals, and why constitutional safeguards were discarded. Kristi Noem, Donald Trump, and all officials involved must be held accountable. The American people will not accept cruelty, waste, and lawlessness carried out in our name.

🖋️ “Investigate the allegations of Lindsey Graham’s financial crimes” hit 10 signers!

💬 Text SIGN PGRMSE to 50409
Investigate the allegations of Lindsey Graham’s financial crimes
Text SIGN PGRMSE to 50409 — I am demanding an immediate, formal, and fully transparent investigation into allegations currently circulating that Senator Lindsey Graham may have engaged in financial activities connected to Russia’s war against Ukraine, including potential money laundering, sanctions evasion, or conduct that could constitute acting as a foreign agent—directly or indirectly—on behalf of a hostile foreign power. These allegations raise grave concerns about possible violations of federal law, including but not limited to: • The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) • Federal anti–money laundering statutes • Sanctions enforcement laws related to Russia • Campaign finance and foreign influence prohibitions If a sitting U.S. Senator has engaged in undisclosed financial relationships, facilitated funds connected to Russia’s war machine, or acted in a manner consistent with foreign influence while shaping U.S. policy, that would represent a profound breach of public trust and a direct threat to national security. Let me be clear: an investigation does not presume guilt. It establishes facts. But failing to investigate allegations of this magnitude—particularly when they involve a nation actively waging an illegal war—would be an abdication of Congress’s constitutional oversight responsibility. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is not an abstract geopolitical issue. It is a war defined by documented war crimes, mass civilian casualties, and repeated efforts by Russia to infiltrate and influence democratic governments. Any suggestion that an American lawmaker may have financial or operational ties connected to that war must be examined thoroughly and publicly. If the allegations are unfounded, a transparent investigation will clear them. If they are substantiated, accountability must be swift and uncompromising—regardless of seniority, party affiliation, or political convenience. No individual is above the law. No office grants immunity from scrutiny. And no democracy survives when credible allegations of foreign influence are ignored. Congress must act—now.
