Let’s pretend this is true… what government agency allows employees to wear retired uniforms? Soldiers in the military aren’t allowed to mix and match (or wear) old uniform items today. Hell, members of the Bucs football team can’t just wear old buccaneers uniforms because they think it looks cool.
