I recently got into reading again, even though I am easily distracted and I am in-between like 3 books, I like to talk about books and enjoy spreading positivity.

Yes their website is called mandown-uk.co.uk they are a mainly based in the south west currently but yeah, I was told about them when I joined a job once as an ex employee who was 18 ended is life and they handed out their business cards.

The mind can be so powerful but think of it this way there are 8 billion people in this world, so as long as you enjoy what you are doing and keep putting it out there you will find your people, keep up the great work!

I can't even put into words how strong you are and brave for being able to go through something like this and write about it, I am all for advocating mental health and men's mental health, recently was introduced to a men's mental health group called Man Down. Well done on doing this and keep it up.
