2025 retro. Too many people slept on Madeline Edwards excellent second album, FRUIT. Beautiful and heartbreaking yet full of hummable melodies. There was nothing else like it.

Enjoying this bro-country-turns-authentic trend. Chase Rice has pulled a trio of decent records out in the last year or so and now Jake Owens has released his first decent record. Very sad-trad type stuff and it's good.
