Too much bad crap in the world so here's a picture of a momma mallard that built her nest next to our porch. She dutifully sat there for four weeks, only taking brief breaks to (I assume) get a drink. Her eggs hatched yesterday morning and they were gone when I got home. Godspeed duckies...
