Armand Marseille made this bisque-headed doll using a technique he implemented for the first time in 1890. Marseille was the most famous doll manufacturer; his dolls delighted children worldwide. This is model 390, & bears his initials on the head. Dress is not original. c1900 $175 darlinggal.ca
