Please consider unlocking land along established public transportation routes and making community college free in high-needs areas like construction, mechatronic, or electrical trades. Incentivizing small construction companies and cutting the waste with some development charges would also help.

Canadian homebuyers accumulate 20 times more wealth than those who rent; unfortunately, even in a small city like Brampton, the average home price exceeds $900,000. There needs to be a broad and multi-faceted approach to tackling this problem.
