Density and maturity of Tertiary Lymphoid Structures (TLS) may predict clinical outcome in invasive #LungCancer. In a 750 pt cohort, high intratumoral TLS density independently predicted better OS, while higher TLS maturation predicted worse outcomes. TLS features may sharpen risk stratification.

A pre-surgery prediction model using ultrasound, routine pathology, and simple blood tests, accurately flags axillary lymph-node spread in early #BreastCancer pts. In 287 pts it showed high accuracy and real clinical utility, supporting fewer unnecessary invasive procedures.

A routine blood score (SII) predicts patients with advanced non-small cell #LungCancer who benefit from PD-1/PD-L1 therapy. Low SII = higher response & longer PFS/OS, outperforming NLR/PLR. Data support using SII to guide selection & monitoring.

Triple-mutated #AML (NPM1+FLT3-ITD+DNMT3A) is a highly aggressive subset. In 165 pts it comprised 6.7%, showed monocytic features, and had ~4-mo median survival despite similar remission. Low GNG4 expression linked to worse survival → potential prognostic #biomarker.

A simple pre-treatment blood test score (pretreatment pan-immune-inflammation value) powerfully predicted #RectalCancer patients who would respond better to neoadjuvant treatment. Patients with a low score did much better, pointing to more personalised, organ-sparing care. #Oncology #Biomarkers

After limb-sparing surgery for lower-extremity soft tissue #sarcoma, adjuvant conventional #radiotherapy (RT) delivered better function & #QualityOfLife than hypofractionated neoadjuvant RT, with similar oncologic control. Data support prioritizing post-op RT.

3-trial meta-analysis (n=1,254): Cabozantinib + atezolizumab didn’t improve ORR/DCR vs cabozantinib alone, but lowered several treatment-related adverse events (diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, hypokalemia). The combo may be a useful regimen for patients who cannot tolerate cabozantinib monotherapy.
