The New York Post is launching a California newspaper. This effort has been in the works for a while. It seems they decided to hit go because news in California is crumbling. The LA Times continues to cut staff. It’ll be an uphill battle to win audiences in a blue state but interesting nonetheless.

Until now, Instagram allowed anyone to go live, regardless of their follower count or whether their account was public or private.
