I was watching a video about tech that died in 2024 and they mentioned #ICQ. ICQ was my first ever chat vehicle and despite it being a decade or more since I used it, I still have fond memories of it.

I love that they are putting Terry Fox on the new $5 bills but I do have to admit that my first thought was:

"Wait, we still have paper money?"

November's #inflation rate in Canada came in at 0.0% which beat estimates of 0.1%. On the year, inflation ticked down to 1.9% which also beat expectations of 2.1%. the Bank of Canada can now take a breath!

I have done 18 livestreams so far in December. I have another 19 scheduled. I may be busier this month than Santa Claus! It is a good thing I enjoy doing them.

The #BoC cut the key rate this morning by 50 basis points taking the overnight rate down to 3.25%.

Open AI dropped #Sora yesterday but it is still closed to new accounts. I need a #goat video so hopefully they open the account creation soon. I might just add the goat is to celebrate folks when they drop a super-chat on YouTube (G.O.A.T.)

Bluesky keeps telling me that I need to #follow 7 accounts; I just need to figure out who those 7 will be. This is a real world problem for sure!
