If it all falls on you, then you will burn out from all the extra work, stress, and disappointments. I’m on year 17 and I’m ready to hang it up. I was 2 years ago. The family (grands, aunts, cousins), the community, and the school PTSO/board need to make children a priority and that they MATTER!!

Should be parents first and foremost. I was my daughter’s first teacher. It is the parents’ responsibility to me. Then, they are put in places like schools and daycare to learn more knowledge. Parents don’t want to teach and instruct their kids. They place too much blame on teachers. 🥺🥴🙁
