He cons ppl out of £ with tales of being locked out & needing taxi etc., gets arrested, banged up for a bit, Court orders banning him from the area & then cycle starts again. All fits!

Can anyone explain to me how a court in the US is supposed to have jurisdiction over the British Broadcasting Company airing a show in Britain? Is there some odd mechanism that allows this, or are they just making it up as they go entirely?

As a Brit, I ask why do you need to carry a gun? Have you used it? Have you taken someone’s life? I have a niece & nephew in the US & the thought of them having to practice in school for a shooting fills me with horror, let alone it really happening.
