Made an easy cranberry syrup/glaze for Thanksgiving to go with a recipe and it was a hit, so here I am making more for some homemade buttermilk pancakes!
A can of jellied cranberry sauce, splash of hot water, orange or lemon juice and some spices in a blender and it’s done.

Decided to make a recipe from this Kraft cookbook from the 70’s called “Philly Avocado Dip” and it was actually quite good!
To be honest, I’ll probably use this as a toast/bagel spread rather than a dip.
1 pkg cream cheese
2 avocados
Lemon juice,
Diced onion, fish sauce & salt

Started these baby russet potatoes baking at 1pm and then by 5:30pm I had cut them in half, mixed some sour cream, seasonings, fresh grated cheese, crab meat and green onion and stuffed it all back in there. Baked once more and served next to a baby greens caesar salad.
