Some days it's easy to feel insignificant, but I believe the butterfly effect is real. Every little thing we do affects the world as a whole. We are all connected and should be working everyday to do the small things to make the world a better place.

The most powerful quote I ever heard was "your demons and angel want the same thing, they both want to protect you". The anxiety and the fear and all the negative feelings are not there to hurt you, but help you. Sometimes you have to listen, and acknowledge those feelings before you can be free.

Whatever you put out into the universe.
I see a lot of people right now talking about what they do not want, and then are surprised that more of that shows up.
Instead focus on what you DO want. Make it clear to the universe what you want.

Ask and you shall receive.

Getting what you want can actually be a curse, not a gift.
There is nothing more painful than getting exactly what you asked for and finding out you still are not happy.
Instead trust the universe that it has the best intentions.
You may be surprised where you find happiness.
