Got it checked out. Turns out I'm double jointed. Had no idea. He bent my thumb back to my arm almost as I watched in amazement and horror. That's why my jaw keeps doing this. Only treatment is to reduce stress and night time clenching.

I have an appointment with my GP this week but for now it seems to be going back to normal. I'll mention it though because I'm sure it can happen again.

Not so bad, a few ailments here and there but generally ok.

When I asked should I just starve meanwhile, the doctor just shrugged. So empathetic. So caring.

Also I’m having jaw issues and the emergency dept were useless so that isn’t conducive to an active social life. My jaw clicked “out” Thursday, was in awful pain & didn’t eat Friday, and went to hospital A&E but was told “can’t do anything. You need an oral doc.”
