Y'all, it's hard for me to express the journey I've been on since starting #cgm two years ago. Having the numbers so easily accessible has made it possible to do things like run four miles confident that my body will keep on plugging. It's a stunning time to be #t1d! #diabetes #running #garmin

I hiked with a dear friend to Grotto Falls on Black Friday! #grottofalls #GSMNP #Smokys
I grimace as I reach under the stream of a waterfall pouring in front of the trail. The water is chilly and clean. One of my favorite, easy to reach places: on trail! Lots of brown this time of year but even so green mosses, holly and evergreen trees still bring some color. Snow/frost covered holly Cute little icicles hanging from a mossy log!
