Don't worry, most people are used to oversteeped or tea brewed at too high a temp. So you can impress by knowing basic temps and steep times. Your black and herbal teas can be at 212°, steep them for 5 minutes and remove the bag. Lighter teas like green or white should be about 170°, only 3 minutes!

Of course, and I hope my response did not come off as dismissive of either issue. I care deeply about a person's right to consent when it comes to their own body, I just believe there's a time and a place for both discussions. Thank you for your perspective as well, it is just as valuable.

Exactly, the issue is not whether the statement is correct, because it is. Both are pressing issues, I agree. But it does not further your cause to try and raise awareness for it on a post about a different problem, whether you mean it or not, it is dismissive of the original message.
